On February 24, 2023, popular Twitch streamer Adin Ross was banned from the site for good because his chat was full of unmoderated hate speech.
According to sources, Adin knowingly showed chat from his Kick channel for over 20 minutes, during which multiple racist and anti-semitic comments were made.
Even though Adin’s chat was full of hateful comments, he didn’t say anything or stop showing it, which is against Twitch’s rules.
According to Twitch’s community guidelines, they do not allow behavior that is motivated by hatred, prejudice, or intolerance.
This includes behavior that promotes or encourages discrimination, denigration, harassment, or violence based on protected characteristics like race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, and veteran status.

After rumors started going around online that Adin Ross would move his community from Twitch to Kick, Adin posted a video saying that he had decided to move to Kick.
Just three days after that, he was banned from Twitch for good. Adin said that the ban happened for “no reason,” but sources have since confirmed the reason for the ban.
Adin has made it clear that the ban doesn’t bother him, and he has made sure that he will still be on Kick with Trainwreck and Corinna Kopf. He wants to stay on the site for a long time.
