Most RTTF upgrades come out on Fridays, when EA SPORTS posts a list of the players who have been upgraded on their social media pages. Most of the time, the upgrades have been based on how well the players did in the Champions League and the Premier League, but they have also included players from the Dutch Eredivisie, the Russian Premier League, and the Turkish Super Lig.
So far, the RTTF upgrades in FIFA 23 have been between +2 and +4 points, and the players who have gotten them come from many different countries and leagues. Sadio Mane of Liverpool, Raheem Sterling of Manchester City, and Clement Lenglet of Barcelona are among the players who have gotten upgrades, and more are likely to come as the season winds down.
