Activision has finally fixed the server problems that have been going on with Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 since Season 3 came out. In a recent statement, the game’s creator said that they are looking into reports of server-related gameplay problems and working hard to fix them. This is a long-awaited answer to the many complaints from console and PC players who have been having problems with bullet registration, delayed movements, and huge frame drops.

Since the start of Season 3, Infinity Ward and the other companies that help with the game have been busy fixing different problems. They had to change the battle pass zones because people didn’t like them, and a bug in god mode made them throw out one of the new features for the season. Also, they had to briefly take away Massive Resurgence because of a bug that broke the game, and DMZ players were angry about the pay-to-win bundles.
Bullet Registration, Delayed Actions, and Frame Drops Plague Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2
Now, the server problems have been added to the developers’ Trello board, so players can see how the study is going. But some players have complained that the makers put other things ahead of fixing server problems. JoeWo, a streamer, posted a video of a parachute that didn’t open properly because of server desync. ModernWarzone asked Activision to address the server problems with Warzone instead of promoting Blackcell, their new bundles, and the battle pass all over social media.
Even though people have been upset, Activision’s admission that there is a problem is a step in the right way. What can be done to fix the problem is the next question. Unfortunately, the developers did not give any information about when the review would be done or what changes would be made. We still don’t know how quickly these server problems can be fixed or if they will have a big effect on how the game is played generally.
All in all, many players have been frustrated by the constant server problems in Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2. But the fact that Activision recently said it would look into the problem is a good sign. While players wait for an answer, they can check the Trello board to see how the investigation is going. We hope that the makers will be able to fix the server problems soon so that all Call of Duty players can have a better time playing.
