The group of people who play Call of Duty is very excited about XDefiant, the newest FPS competitor. The Tom Clancy world comes together in XDefiant, an arena shooter made by Ubisoft that is free to play. Even though the game is still in its early stages and is currently in closed beta testing, its amazing features have already caught the attention of the Call of Duty community.
Many players have complained about how Call of Duty and Warzone are right now, saying that there are important problems that make the games boring. Because of this, some players have turned to XDefiant, which they see as a potential alternative to the Call of Duty series. When content makers got access to the beta, they were quick to tell the community what they thought and how excited they were.
Can Ubisoft’s XDefiant Outdo the Disappointing State of Call of Duty?
XDefiant seems to be a promising competitor to Call of Duty:
– Fast, fluid movement
– proper minimap w/ red dots
– Bright colored, good looking maps
– no SBMM
– 14 maps at launch
– Solid UI
– Fun, arcade-like gameplay (like BO2/BO4)It seems like they're going to have strong…

Landon, the CEO of KARNAGE Clan, liked XDefiant because it has a lot of features that Call of Duty fans have been asking for for years. He also said that the game had good communication and changed often based on what the community said. “We really need a Call of Duty rival, especially since COD is in such a bad place right now. “Competition is good, and I’m looking forward to what XDefiant has to offer,” he said.
People have also said good things about the way you move in XDefiant, which lets you slide cancel. Rara, a Call of Duty YouTuber, was excited about the game’s features and said, “Bro, what the f**k. Why can’t Call of Duty do it?! xDefiant says everything. This is what I’m watching all week. Skrew cod.”
Some players, though, are not sure that XDefiant will be as famous as the Call of Duty series. One player wrote, “It kind of reminds me of last year’s Splitgate situation. “I’m not denying that it’s what the community wanted, but without Call of Duty in the title, it looks like it’s just going to be another rinse and repeat.”
Even though people have had different thoughts about XDefiant, it has gotten enough attention to be a threat to the Call of Duty series. When the full game comes out in 2023, it will be interesting to see if XDefiant can beat Call of Duty and become the best FPS game. But it’s clear that XDefiant has the ability to be a big rival in the gaming industry, and players are eagerly waiting for it to come out.
