Apex Legends is in for an exciting time as teams are making some interesting moves to improve their rosters. In this article, we’ll take a closer look at the new lineups of Sentinels and FaZe Clan.
Sentinels has confirmed that they will be playing competitive Apex Legends again with the same team that used to play for The Guard. Sentinels dropped their Apex Legends team after a poor showing in the first split of ALGS. But they planned to come back for Split 2 with Spacestation Gaming’s roster, which included Joseph “Frexs” Sanchez, Angello “Xenial” Cadenas, and Mark “Dropped” Thees.
Unfortunately, Xenial signed with Oxygen Esports just one day before Split 2 started, and the move to Spacestation seemed to be off. The North American organization confirmed the news a day after the ALGS Split 2 Pro League website showed The Guard’s team under the Sentinels banner.
Sentinels and FaZe Clan announce revamped Apex Legends rosters
Keon “Keon” Berghout, Beau “RamBeau” Sheidy, and Cole “Rkn” Prommel will make up the new Sentinels lineup. The team got into the ALGS Split 1 Playoffs by coming in third place during the regular season. They finished the tournament in 17th place.
The three former members of The Guard will make their Sentinels debut on March 11 in the ALGS Split 2 Pro League NA. The team is in Group A with TSM, FaZe Clan, and Complexity.
One of the most popular teams in Apex Legends, FaZe Clan, has announced their new pro team for ALGS Split 2. FaZe released an impressive trailer along with the names of the players who would be playing on their Apex Legends pro team.
Eric “Snip3down” Wrona is coming back from the last split, and Josue “Phony” Ruiz and Joseph “Frexs” Sanchez are coming back with him. Frexs used to play for Spacestation Gaming, which no longer exists, and Phony used to play for Esports Arena, so these two experienced players have a lot to offer.
Only time will tell if FaZe’s new team will work well together and have the synergy to compete with the best. It will be difficult to compete with TSM and NRG, but this roster has enough talent to make a big splash
The top teams in Apex Legends are making some significant moves, which is heating up the esports scene. Sentinels and FaZe Clan have made some significant roster changes and are ready to compete in ALGS Split 2. Fans are looking forward to seeing how the new lineups perform and which team wins.
